 Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences established in 2008 at the Hamedan University of Medical Sciences and admitted students in the field of audiology. One year later, in 2009,  the faculty added two undergraduate courses of occupational therapy and speech therapy. The faculty continued its growing process, and in 2016 added two more courses of physiotherapy and orthosis and prosthesis courses and began to admit students in these courses too.

During a short time, the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences has been able to train 176 students and send them to the field of rehabilitation services as a specialist. At the present time, 380 students are studying at five courses of audiology, occupational therapy, speech therapy, orthosis and prosthesis and physiotherapy.

Nowadays, this faculty with several clinics and  young and efficient clinical and educational staff is providing rehabilitation services alongside with educating human resources in all its disciplines.
