Hamadan University of Medical Sciences Alumni Office will start its work very soon as graduates play active roles  in many educational and remedial centers in the country and throughout the world. There is a need to maintain contact with graduates for scientific  or  remedial  cooperation. This university has about 700 graduated in different courses of study every year.

Hamadan University of Medical Sciences has a special scientific position in the country and a comprehensive program aimed at increasing international communication is on the agenda.
The creation of the International Vice-President and the necessary organization in order to exchange students and professors, increase the number of foreign students, develop healthy tourism and take advantage of the capacities
The province aims to increase scientific, research and technological cooperation and exchanges related to the production of knowledge-based products with other universities.

Since 2016, 600 non-Iranian students have studied in this university, and 416 foreign students are currently studying.
Organizing cultural and welfare programs for international students and foreign students and familiarizing them with authentic Iranian culture and names along with compliance with laws and regulations.
It has been one of the missions of the university.
