 Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery of Hamedan started to work in 1982 in the complex of Health education in Hamedan province with the admission of nursing students. After integrating with the Nursing College of the Bu-Ali Sina University, this institute continued its activities with the acceptance of 30 students. After the establishment of the Ministry of Health and Medcal Education, the faculty of Nursing and Midwifery was officially founded in 1365 under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and medical education.

Mission:

Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery of Hamedan has been established with professional, committed and efficient human resources in order to train and educate students in different educational levels of nursing and midwifery and medical emergencies, conducting research, holding retraining courses, scientific conferences and providing consulting services in line with the promotion of physical and mental health of the community.

This faculty is committed to consistently do it best adhering to national macro programs and respecting the individual and social rights of learners, faculty members and staff, while complying with ethical standards and applying participatory management to improve the quality of their services.

This faculty has seven educational groups as follow:
