- Responding to patients either by phone or email

- Coordinating with the attending physician and hospital units, including the hospital, Para clinic, operating room, inpatient department, admission and discharge, etc.

- Estimating treatment costs and announcing it to the patient before the trip

- The possibility of staying in an equipped suite with the following facilities:

• TV - Refrigerator - Tea maker - Oven - Hair dryer - Sink - Closet - Clothes hanger - Wi-Fi Internet - Electric bed for the patient - Couch bed for the patient's companion - The possibility of choosing a menu - The presence of an independent English-speaking nurse available to the patient.
