During the visit of the chancellors of 4 universities from Iraq to Hamedan province, a memorandum of understanding was signed with Hamedan University of Medical Sciences in various fields of research, education, technology and food and medicine.

 According to Webda news agency in Hamedan, Dr. Majzoubi, the Chancellor of Hamedan University of Medical Sciences, explained that this university includes 11 faculties, 20 research centers and 4 research institutes, and we have more than 7,000 students, 500 of whom are studying in this university from other countries.

 The Chancellor of Hamedan University of Medical Sciences, referring to the special scientific position of this university in the country, said: especially the faculty of medicine, dentistry and health are ranked in the country, and with the favorable training, research and technological capacities that exist in this university.  We welcome the interaction and expansion of communication in the field of education, research and technology.

 He stated: In this medical university, we have 5 government and private centers in the province that have international certificates for accepting patients, especially in the field of cardiovascular diseases, dentistry and surgery, there is a favorable potential in these centers.

 Dr. Majzoubi pointed out: In the next month, auspicious events will happen in this province, including the opening of the specialized and super-specialized children's center and the stem cell center of the university. Pointing out that the university is ready to accept joint research projects in the field of technology, he explained: We are ready to accept specialized assistant students in various fields, and there is the necessary capacity and preparation for the exchange of professors and students.

 The Chancellor of Hamedan University of Medical Sciences continued: There is a good capacity in the production of medicine in this university, and we are ready to create a field for joint cooperation.

 In the end, Dr. Majzoubi emphasized on strengthening interactions and synergy in relations between universities and appreciated the presence and companionship of the Iraqi delegation in this meeting.
