Imam Hassan Mojtaba Hospital in Famenin city was established in 2006 in an area of 20,000 square meters with 32 beds. This hospital has six wards to provide the specialized services to the patients which are: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, cardiology, Surgery and Emergency . There is also a general operation room and a delivery room in this hospital. Paraclinical sections are : Radiology, sonography, laboratory and blood bank, endoscopy and spirometry. The hospital operated on the basis of a reformed management structure that included performance-based management, operational budgeting, enterprise-support reduction, maintenance management, and accrual accounting. Many of the processes in this center are carried out through the HIS system in all departments, and the launch of the paper less system is underway.
